When enrolling in the program you will need to write two checks, each to pay for a month of after school services.
One check is for the last month of the school year (this is considered a registration check), the other check is for the first month your child is enrolled. If you are enrolling in a new school year before August 1st, you will only need to send in the registration check, you will be a part of the regular billing cycle and get your first (September) bill in late August.
All checks should be made out to: "Town of Hanover" with the memo "KAST"

Please do not send checks or forms to the Ray school or the Richmond school.
